Nevertheless, here are a few tips and instructions to follow when using the MB Sense in the microwave:

• Be sure to remove the stainless steel top lid before placing the MB Sense in the microwave.
• You can use your MB Sense in the microwave with the PP intermediate lid (it can be useful to avoid making your microwave dirty!), just make sure to open the small silicone cap before reheating your dish.
• We recommend that you do not exceed 500 W, no more than 3 minutes in the microwave.
• For an even temperature, feel free to stir food in your stainless steel bento box at half of the selected time.
• Do not heat 2 containers at the same time, the MB Sense does not like competition in the microwave (it is the only star!)
• Your MB Sense should never be reheated empty, it should always contain food when placed in the microwave.
• Do not place sharp or pointed metal objects (for example, if you need to reheat your meal after eating half of it, remember to remove your MB Slim fork before placing the MB Sense back in the microwave!)
• The MB Sense doesn't really like tight spaces: make sure the product doesn't come into direct contact with the walls of the microwave.
• Finally, once your meal has been reheated, we recommend that you take your MB Sense out of the microwave using gloves or oven mitts. Its container will cool quickly as you enjoy your hot lunch.
• During reheating, the MB Sense's intermediate lid may lift slightly. Don't worry, just flip it over the container for 30 seconds so that the heat from food will help it get back to its original shape.

As we mentioned earlier, the MB Sense was designed to be used with the monbento ice pack, the MB I-cy. Placed under its top lid, it will keep your meal cool for up to 4 hours (depending on the content and conditions of use).
If you are not using the MB I-cy, you can take advantage of the space under the top lid to store the MB Slim Box. Simply remove the cutlery and the small flexible holder from the protective box and place them lengthwise on the intermediate lid.
To organise your meal inside the MB Sense, you can use the MB Silicase silicone moulds. Small savoury quiche and mini chocolate cake can both be placed in the large stainless steel container without mixing thanks to the 1/3 and 2/3 MB Silicase moulds.
Small sauces, sesame seeds or grated cheese can also take part in your on-the-go meals thanks to the MB Temple sauce containers, available in 3 sizes. Just place yours directly in the stainless steel container of the MB Sense.
