Yes, the Sense lunch box has been specially designed to be used in both a conventional oven and a microwave, thanks to the shape of its 18/8 stainless steel container. It should be used without the lids, following the instructions provided (do not heat empty or with other metal objects). This design ensures safe use while benefiting from the advantages of stainless steel.

Yes, the Sense lunch box is dishwasher safe (top rack, gentle cycle) for easy maintenance. The seal is removable and should be properly repositioned after washing. When washing by hand, it is recommended to avoid abrasive products to preserve the materials.
Which accessories are compatible with the Sense lunch box?
The Sense lunch box is compatible with several accessories: Slim Box cutlery, transport bags (Arctic, Fresh, Pochette L), and Temple S and M sauce containers. For extra capacity, you can also turn it into a 2-tier lunch box by combining it with an Original container and a suitable elastic band, or by purchasing a Sense Original directly.
What is the warranty of the Sense bento and what does it cover?
The lifetime warranty covers aesthetic defects identified upon receipt (scratches, printing defects), manufacturing defects (damaged valve or seal, warped container or lids), or assembly errors (a part color not matching the ordered product). However, it excludes damage caused by impacts, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
