500 ml, 700 ml, 1L… It's not always easy to know which size of lunch box to choose! The same goes for lunch sets: insulated bento box or lunch box, cutlery or bottle, lunch bag or sauce container, solid colour or a pattern… How do you choose? To help you out, here's our top tip: focus on the lunch box to start with. Follow your heart, as well as your appetite! To know which size of lunch box will best suit you, prepare the lunch that you often take to the office or on picnics. Serve you usual portion on a plate, and then transfer it into a measuring jug. Look at the quantity that it represents and there you have it! Next stop: the monbento website! Choose the bento box that best fits your usual portion and your habits (if you prefer cold meals, if you can reheat your dishes at the office, or if you need to keep them warm, etc.).
