The Original lunch box is designed to be airtight thanks to its intermediate lids equipped with seals and a valve. For optimal leak protection, it is important to ensure that each component is properly closed. This allows you to transport your meals safely every day. Before placing it in the microwave, simply open the silicone valve to let the steam escape.

Unlike the lids of the two compartments, the upper lid does not contribute to the airtightness of the Original lunch box. It provides a finishing touch to the lunch box while also allowing you to store your Slim Box cutlery directly underneath for optimal transport. Depending on the model and color, it can also be customized by adding your name.

The Original lunch box can be used in the microwave for up to 3 minutes at 500 W, provided the valve is opened to let steam escape. For dishwasher use, it is recommended to place your bento in the top rack and select a gentle cycle.

The lifetime warranty covers aesthetic defects identified upon receipt (scratches, printing defects), manufacturing defects (damaged valve or seal, warped containers or lids), or assembly errors (a part color not matching the ordered product). However, it does not cover damage caused by impacts, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
