How do I clean my Warmer electric bento?
To clean the Warmer safely, unplug it and let it cool down. Clean the outside with a soft sponge and a neutral cleaner, without abrasive or chlorine-based products. The inside can be rinsed under water, making sure the protective socket cover is closed. The Warmer must never be immersed, placed in the dishwasher or put in a washing machine. Then dry it with a soft cloth before storing it unplugged.

This heated bento is covered for 3 years against defects linked to a manufacturing issue. This cover does not apply to normal wear, scratches, impacts, drops, damage caused by misuse, product modification or failure to follow the instructions.
