- 50 g of dark chocolate
- 30 g of neutral oil
- 1 egg
- 25 g of superfine sugar
- 10 g of flour
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate into pieces.
In a double boiler over medium heat, melt the chocolate with the oil.
Once the chocolate has melted, place the mixture in a bowl and add the egg, sugar and flour.
Mix until you have a smooth cake batter.
Pour the batter into the MB Silicase 2/3 mold and bake for 10 minutes.
After baking, let cool before placing the chocolate fondant and its mold in the MB Original bento box container.
