- 150 g of almond milk
- 2.5 tsp of baking powder
- 500 g of wheat flour
- 80 g of vegetable margarine
- 2 whole eggs
- 30 g of sugar
In a small bowl, rehydrate the baking powder in the almond milk for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat the flour, sugar, eggs, and almond milk/baking powder preparation until obtaining a homogeneous dough. Add the butter and mix again.
Place the dough in a salad bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and let rise for 2 hours.
At the end of the rising time, gently punch the dough down with your wrist and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Cut out donuts about 4 cm in diameter with a cookie cutter or create small balls of dough. Place the donuts on a baking tray previously covered with a baking mat and let rise for 1 hour.
At the end of the rise, heat a pan with neutral oil. Plunge the donuts in the oil and fry them until they get a nice color. Then, drain them before rolling them in the sugar and place in the MB Gram snack box.
Serve with seasonal fruit.
