- 100 g of flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 small egg
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- Some oil or butter for frying
Into a large bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the egg, milk and sugar, and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and brush it with a small amount of oil or butter.
Squeeze tiny pancake dots and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they are light brown. Flip the pancakes using a spatula and cook for 30 more seconds.
Transfer the pancakes to a plate and let them cool before placing them into one of the MB Original bento’s containers.
Serve with your favorite fresh fruit, nuts and some yogurt.
