For 2 MB Element bento boxes :
- 1 glass and a half of special risotto rice
- 1 cube of vegetable stock
- 5 cl white wine
- 1 handful of girolles mushrooms
- ¾ L of water
- A pinch of salt
- Olive oil
Sort the girolles mushrooms and stew it in the olive oil few minutes.
In a pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil and add the rice. Stir until gets translucent.
Deglaze with the white wine and let it completely evaporate.
Dilute the vegetable stock in the water.
Add half of vegetable stock and the vegetable stock cube. Leave to cook over low heat. Once the water has evaporated, add the other half of the vegetable stock.
Add 2 handfuls of grated Parmesan cheese to bind the risotto.
Add the girolles mushrooms and keep some to decorate the bento.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Put the risotto in your MB Element, decorate with girolles mushrooms and arugula leaves to give a little freshness to your dish.
