- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Dash of olive oil
- 200g firm tofu
- 50g silken tofu (optional)
- 1 tbs coconut aminos or soy sauce
- Dash of vegetable stock
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp black salt or kala namak
Preheat frypan over high heat. Sauté onion in olive oil for 5 minutes or until fragrant. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Crumble the firm tofu with your hands and add it to the frypan. Add the remaining ingredients.
Sauté everything for 5-10 minutes or until the firm tofu has softened and it covered in the seasonings. Turn down the heat to medium if the tofu is burning.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
