- 200 g of ripe and sweet tomatoes
- A pinch of chili powder or a little bit of fresh chili
- ½ celery stick
- 1 small cucumber
- A few leaves of fresh basil
- 125 ml of water
- A few drops of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Blend the vegetables, basil leaves, chili powder, water and olive oil until obtaining a smooth consistency.
Taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
