Ingredients
For the hummus:
- 75 g of Les Graineurs dried chickpeas
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tsp of whole grain tahini
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Some water
For the salad:
- 75 g of Les Graineurs dried chickpeas
- 140 g bulgur (uncooked)
- 250 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber (about 200 g)
- ½ red onion (about 80 g)
- 1 tbsp of black or green olives
- 100 g of Feta cheese
- The juice of a lemon
- A drizzle of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
Instructions
Cook the chickpeas according to the package instructions, until they are tender.
Mix all the hummus ingredients.
Natacha and Daniela’s tip: Add a little extra water for a more liquid consistency.
Set aside.
Cook the bulgur according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel and dice the cucumber.
Thinly slice the red onion.
Crumble the Feta cheese.
Place all ingredients in the MB Jar salad bowl with a generous layer of hummus.
Add on top the lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil and some sesame seeds. Mix well before enjoying.
