- 4 eggs
- 50 g of cream cheese
- 2 white sausages
- 2 apples, quartered
- 200 g of basmati rice
- 1 knob of butter
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 35 g of flour
- 80 g of butter
For crab-stuffed egg:
Boil water and cook the eggs for 10 minutes.
Let them cool in cold water and then peel them.
Cut them in half and remove the yolk.
In a bowl, mix the flaked crab, cream cheese, egg yolks and chives. Fill the eggs with the mixture and close the cap.
For white sausages with apples and rice:
Pierce the sausages with a fork.
In a hot frying pan, melt some butter, then brown the white sausages for 5 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt some butter and cook the apples for 15 minutes, with a pinch of salt.
Serve with basmati rice and chervil.
For chocolate cake:
Preheat the oven at 180 °C.
Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.
In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs and sugar with the melted chocolate and butter.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake for 15 minutes.
