Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 tbsp of water
- 15g of flour
- 60g of canned tuna, well drained
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp of fresh chili, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of cooking oil
- Sriracha sauce
Salad:
- A handful of green salad
- 2 tbsp of fresh raspberries
- 50g of pickles, cut lengthwise
- 3 radishes, sliced
- 1 tbsp of almonds
- 1 tbsp of kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of shelled hemp seeds
Raspberry smoothie:
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 banana
- 250g of fresh raspberries
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp of honey
Instructions
For the pancakes: Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, over medium heat. Using a large spoon, scoop a portion of batter onto the pan to form the pancake. Let cook 3-4 minutes, then flip it over and cook another 3-4 minutes, or until it becomes golden brown. Remove from the pan. Place the pancakes into the first container of your MB Original bento box. Serve with a Sriracha sauce and fresh vegetables.
For the salad: Put green salad, raspberries, pickles, radishes, almonds and kalamata olives in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt and mix gently. Place the salad into the second compartment of your lunch box. Sprinkle with shelled hemp seeds. For the smoothie: Blend all the ingredients together until obtaining a smooth texture and fill the MB Positive M.
