For 1 MB Tresor bento box: • 50g of colored farfalle pasta • 100g smoked tofu (or chicken or salmon) • 100mL almond milk • 100g of flour • 100g corn flakes • 1 to 2 apples • 2 carrots
For the tofu nuggets: Preheat the oven at 180°C. Cut 100g of tofu into thin slices. Prepare 3 bowls, one with almond milk, one with flour and the last one with corn flakes. Crush the corn flakes to create the breadcrumbs. Soak the tofu slices in almond milk, then in flour, then again in almond milk and finally in cornflakes. Bake the nuggets for 10 to 15min. For the sides: Cook 50g of pasta in a pan of boiling water (follow the cooking time indicated). Peel and cut the carrots and place them in one of the MB Tresor food cups. For the applesauce : Remove the skin and dice the apples. Melt a dice of butter before putting the apples in. Leave to cook for 30 minutes on a low heat.
