For a bento MB Tresor:
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread with seeds
- 2 slices of Emmental cheese
- Margarine or butter
- 1 handful of fresh spinach shoots
- 1 carrot
- 1 clementine
- 1 madeleine cake
For the container :
Cut the bread with a flower-shaped cookie cutter. Then, spread the 8 flowers with margarine.
Cut the Emmental slices with a smaller flower-shaped cookie cutter.
Make sandwiches : take a bread flower and add Emmental cheese, fresh spinach shoots and close the sandwiches.
Put the sandwiches into your kids’ MB Tresor bento box and decorate with fresh spinach shoots and carrots slides.
The slices of bread can be toasted and used as croutons in a soup with the pieces of cheese and spinach pieces added to a salad.
The little trick:
Add a little ham or cream cheese!
For the 2 food cups :
Peel the carrot and cut it into sticks to make it easy to eat. Place the pieces in a food cup.
Peel the clementine and to place it in the second box with a madeleine cake.
This is a complete meal proposed by @pastryandtravel. Slip it in your child's MB Tresor bento so that he can enjoy his lunch break.
