For 4 portions :
-10cL mapple sirup
-1 generous handful almonds in pieces
-1 handful squash seeds
-1 Tsp cocoa powder
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the mapple sirup and mix to spread it evenly.
Spread the mix uniformly on a baking tray.
Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes, mixing up every 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with fresh and dry fruits as well as yoghurt.
