Ingredients
For 16 little hearts :
- 2 soy yoghurts (200g)
- 60g of brown sugar
- 150g of flour
- 11g of baking soda
- 70g of melted margarin
- 1 coffee spoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Mix the yoghurts with sugar until you get a smooth texture.
Sift the floor and baking soda. Add it to the yoghurt mix. Add the vanilla extract and the melted margarin.
Pour the mix in small heart molds (don’t fulfill them, they are going to swell).
Bake for 15 minutes.
Once the little hearts are cold, add some yoghurt on top and the small hearts.
