Ingredients
For 3 eggs:
3 empty medium chocolate eggs
3 tablespoon of white cheese
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of a yellow fruit coulis (for example mango, apricot or papaya)
Instructions
In an ice mould (preferably for small round ice cubes), fill 3 bottoms with a pinch of fruit coulis.
Set aside in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
In a bowl, mix the white cheese and the sugar and put it in a pastry bag. Set aside in the fridge.
Break the top of the chocolate eggs: heat up the knife blade with hot water, dry it and cut gently the top of the egg. Heat will make the chocolate easier to cut.
Fill the eggs with the white cheese/sugar mixture and then incorporate the fruit coulis ice cube on the top of it.
Now you just have to taste the content with a little spoon and to eat then the chocolate shell ;)
