For 1 bagel:
1 bagel bread sprinkled with sesame seed or poppy
½ ripe avocado
3-4 dried tomatoes
A handful of spinach leaves
1 tablespoon of fresh goat cheese
1 green onion
A handful of walnut kernels
A drizzle of honey
A drizzle of lemon juice
Ingredients preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Cut the dried tomatoes into thin slices. Do the same with the green onion and make chunks with the walnut kernels. Set aside.
Cut the avocado into thin slices, add the juice lemon and set aside.
Cut in half the bagel bread and heat in the oven for 5 minutes (if your bagel bread is plain, you can brush the top with olive oil and add some sesame or poppy seeds before putting it in the oven).
Lay out the fresh goat cheese on one side of the bagel bread. Then, add the walnuts, spinach leaves, dried tomatoes, the green onion, a drizzle of honey, salt and pepper. Close up the bagel.
Now, you just have to put your bagel in your bento MB Square ;-)
