- 150 g of flour
- 11 cl of vegetable oil
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 organic tangerine
- 1 tbsp of honey
Preheat the oven at 180 °C.
Zest the tangerine before squeezing its juice.
In a salad bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, oil and tangerine juice.
Pour the preparation into a buttered mold and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.
Unmold the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven, then pour a drizzle of honey and top with some tangerine zest.
Place some cake pieces in your child's MB Gram snack box.
