Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 fresh lettuce
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 broccoli
- 1 pomegranate
For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp of mustard
- 1 tsp of water
Instructions
For the sweet potato, broccoli and pomegranate salad:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the sweet potato into slices and cut the broccoli.
Bake both in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes and then, let cool.
Wash the salad and cut it coarsely.
Peel the pomegranate.
Mix the salad, sweet potato, broccoli and pomegranate in a salad bowl and place everything in a container of the MB Square bento box.
For the dressing:
Mix the olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, water and mustard.
Pour the dressing into an MB Temple M sauce container.
