Ingredients
For the salmon and cream cheese rolls:
- 1 tortilla
- 30 g of cream cheese
- 1 tbsp of chopped chives
- ½ tsp of horseradish
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 30 g of smoked salmon, chopped
- Salt
- Black pepper
For the grilled peaches with bacon:
- 2 peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 thin slice of smoked bacon, cut into pieces
- 2 tsp of herb-flavored olive oil
- 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt
- Black pepper
For the green smoothie:
- 250 ml of almond milk
- 2 peaches, pitted and quartered
- A handful of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp of honey
Instructions
Prepare the salmon and cream cheese rolls:
Place the tortilla on a cutting board. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped chives and horseradish. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Spread the obtained mixture on the tortilla, add the salmon and lettuce leaves and roll the tortilla up tightly before cutting it into 4 pieces. Place the pieces into the first container of your MB Original bento box.
Prepare the grilled peaches with bacon:
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Grill the peach slices and bacon for 1-2 minutes on each side. Let cool. In a small bowl, beat the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add some salt and pepper, to taste. Pour the dressing into the MB Temple S sauce cup. Place the peaches and bacon in the second container of your MB Original bento box, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Serve with the dressing.
For the green smoothie:
Blend all the ingredients together until obtaining a soft and smooth texture. Pour the smoothie into your MB Positive M bottle.
