Ingredients
- Some lamb’s lettuce sprouts
- ¼ of melon
- ¼ of cucumber
- ¼ of broccoli (cut into small florets)
- 1 tomato
- 4 radishes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 slices of tempeh
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions
Dice the melon and cucumber, slice the tomato and halve the radishes. Set aside.
In a frying pan, sauté the pressed garlic clove in a drizzle of olive oil. Add the broccoli florets, season to taste and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Add the soy sauce and tempeh slices previously cut into sticks. Let caramelize, remove from the heat and let cool.
Prepare your MB Element bento box: Place the lamb's lettuce shoots on the bottom, then add the melon, cucumber, tomato and radish pieces, and complete by adding the tempeh and broccoli.
