Ingredients
- 200 ml hazelnut milk
- 30 g gluten-free oat flakes
- 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp of coconut sugar
- 1 Pear
- 1 banana (optional)
Instructions
In a saucepan, add mix the hazelnut milk and with the oat flakes. Heat place over low heat, stirring gently. Add in the banana, previously mashed, along with the cocoa powder and the coconut sugar. Mix everything together and leave to reduce for a few minutes to obtain a smooth consistency. Remove from the heat and pour the porridge into your small insulated bento box MB Capsule. Cut up the pear into pieces to top your porridge generously . Close your MB Capsule and be ready to enjoy your warm little treat on demand ! It will remain hot for up to 5 hours …depending on the conditions of use.
