Ingredients
For the buddha bowl:
- 1 handful green salad
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 red cabbage
- 2 strawberries
- 2 or 3 radishes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
For the sauce:
- 2 Tsp soy cream
- 1 Tsp of lemon juice
- A few sprigs of chive
Instructions
Rinse the fruits and vegetables.
Cut the carrot into thin slices. Then roll the slices on themselves to form flowers.
Cut the cucumber and radishes into slices.
Cut the strawberries in halfs.
Chop the red cabbage.
Place the salad at the bottom of the bento box. Then, place the different elements of the buddha bowl: the flower-shaped carrots, the sliced red cabbage, the radish and cucumber slices, some cherry tomatoes, and the strawberry halfs.
For the sauce: In a bowl, mix the soy cream, lemon juice and chive.
Add the sauce, then taste it!
