- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- ½ teaspoon of ketchup
- 2 black olives

The inescapable Halloween night is approaching and this year again you want to make your guests shiver with horrific bites? This starter recipe is made for you!
Harden the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes, then place them in cold water before shelling. Cut them up carefully lengthwise, remove the yolk and put it a side.
Dice the avocado and mix it with the egg yolk, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour the preparation in a baking sleeve (a freezer bag, cut in a corner can do the trick ;-)) and gently garnish the egg whites until a small dome is formed.
Cut the black olives into rings and place a piece on the top center of each dome. Then, using the ketchup, recreate the pupils and the blood vessels of the eyes, a wooden spike can be used to help.
Well, there you are! You just have to present your beautiful creation of devil eyes on a bed of lettuce in your Halloween MB Original colored bento box!
