2 pinches of baking powder
30 g of sugar (10 g more if you only use dark chocolate)

2 eggs
Frosting:

1 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
Has the Easter egg hunt been good? Here is a recipe idea to use some of your chocolates! :-)
Preparation of the cake:
In the microwave oven, melt the chocolate with the butter at power max about 40 sec. Check in between: the mixture should not cook. Mix well until it’s smooth.
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Then, add the chocolate/butter mixture and the other ingredients left.
Pour the batter in a MB Silicase mold up to ¾ of the container.
Microwave at power max for 2 to 3 minutes. Open the oven door from time to time to avoid your batter to overflow. Your cake is ready when the sides are detached from the mold.
Unmould the cake quickly and place it on a plate previously covered with baking paper.
Preparation of the frosting:
In the microwave oven, melt the chocolate with the cream at power max for about 20 sec. Mix well. The mixture must be smooth and glossy.
Using a tablespoon, glaze the cake and let it cool.
If you have some more chocolate, dress up your cake with chocolate chips or bits of broken chocolate eggs.
Finally, put your cake in your MB Original bento box and take it wherever you want to share it!
