Monbento enjoyed the sun last Wednesday by having a pic-nic on a bench.

Sun vegetables fit perfect to this weather.

 

 

For this recipe you need :

– A tomato

– A zucchini

– Pepper salt

– Oil

– White bread

– Cheese

– Milk

 

Turn on you oven (300°F).

Cut your tomatoes and zucchini in thin slices.

Spray oil on baking paper, put your veggies, add oil again and then pepper and salt.

Bake them for around 20 minutes.

When your tomatoes and zucchini are ready put them on the bread. Put the cheese on top with a tiny bit of milk. Put the other piece of bread on top.

Oven back your sandwiches for a few minutes so that the cheese melts.

You can also use a panini machine.
