To make this bento, you need the same ingredients as to make sushis. When you’re not used to make sushis it is hard to know exactly what you need for it. As always it is better to have a bit too much food than not enough. This recipe is an idea to use the sushi party leftovers. Only seaweeds are easy to keep, but they can be eaten as crisps like in Japan.
You need :
– rice
– salmon
– avocado
– cucumber
– cream cheese
Start by cooking the salmon. Mine was frozen, I microwaved it. A few minutes are enough, it has to be soft.
For the avocado cream you just need to remove the skin and stone and then cut it in pieces. Mix it and add pepper and sweet chili.
Then, cut the cucumber into sticks to dip it with cream cheese.
The last thing to do is to take some lemon juice in the sauce cup. It is always nice with salmon.
