5 new sport practises to test

 

To be fully prepared on the arrival summer, we here suggest 5 new ways to practice sport and make you feel great in your body, and in your bikini!

 

 

1 – The Sup Yoga: nomadic yoga!


The Sup Yoga is a new way to pratice yoga in the open air, on the beach or even on the water. Just bring your board sup (it is a kind of surfboard) and let’s go build these muscles. Trimming of your body and wellness guaranteed!

 

2 – The Pound: « the rockstar of fitness » according to the New York Times


The Pound is a mix of dance, fitness and pilate exercises on rock music! It consists in chaining together a number of moves from these 3 pratices while pounding the ground with sticks (these sticks are called Ripstix but kitchen wooden spoons could do the job ;-)). The pounding helps keep the rythm and motivates the troops. Come on, let’s get these abs and butts working!

 

3 – Nordic Walking for all nature lovers!


To all our walkers, Nordic Walking is for you! No excuse for not trying, no big equipment, just two walking sticks and your MB Steel will do! It is a dynamic walk, which consists in accentuating the swinging of your arms using the two sticks thus bringing your body forward. With this pendulum movement, all muscles of the body are in action. 

 

4 – The Yoga’N Dance : on the top of grace!


Yoga’N Dance is a mix between classical dance and yoga! It combines sequences of yoga postures and classic dance pratice at the barre. An ideal sport to relax and stretch your muscles!

 

5 – The Ubound: a kind of revisited aerobics!


At the fitness room or in your garden, the Ubound will help to get ready for summer! This new practice requires no special technique and consists in doing a series of figures on a trampoline and with rebounds on one or two feet. This sport is a good way to work on your cardio and on your abs while taking care on your hinges. Note: it is perfect for both your morale and bikini ;-).

 


Little tips to complete your physical preparation:


– remember to cook up a playlist for your training time,

– and do not forget your MB Positive or MB steel to rehydrate, and your bento for your energetic snack.
