monbento® presents you its subsidiary: Les bouchées de monbento food truck !
Since the beginning of the month our roaming lorry has been circulating through the streets of the town centre and commercial zones of Clermont-Ferrand, monbento®’s home town. It is an original way to fill the gap by offering pioneering French recipes composed by a great chef, Frédéric Coursol.
On the menu: delicious mouthfuls set off by varied trimmings, sweet or salted, surrounded by a light pastry exclusively developed for Les bouchées de monbento! A mix between Japanese cooking techniques and French haute cuisine that lets you savour tasty and healthy “street food”.
Every day a selection of several recipes (the classics, the surprises, and the vegetarians) is proposed via various formulas. For the complete version, for instance, count € 10. Made from fresh and seasonal products – just like all the formulas, in fact! – it consists of salted mouthfuls with a generous salad (starches + vegetables) and sweet mouthfuls with “toppings” (sweets, dried fruit, biscuits, etc) for those with a sweet tooth.
In the driver’s seat and at the ovens – Capucine and Simon! These two cooking enthusiasts, who have also created a cuisine blog, give you a warm welcome all over the town.
