Christmas and New Year time are a tough time for our estomacs. After the festive season, salads are welcomed! Here is a nice salad for our bentos.
Ingredients:
– 2 bacon strips
– 1 small chicken breast
– 1 egg
– lettuce
– ½ tomato
– a piece of baguette or bread
– ¼ avocado
– 2 thin slices of cheddar
– salad dressing
Cut the bread in small piece to brown it in the oven.
Put the bacon strips on some baking paper and place it in the oven until it is getting brown.
Cook the egg in watter for 10 minutes.
Grill the chicken.
When everything is cold, cut every ingredient in pieces.
Put your salad dressing in a sauce cup. I tried a sour cream, garlic, mustard, lemon, chive, pepper and salt mix.
