Hot and cold bento

Hot and cold food in the same bento box? It may be! Forget about separator or cold meal for a few minutes. The solution is to use disposable food boxes. A small one for  a dis hand the biger one for the other!

 

In the disposable food boxes: bulgur with tomato and basilicum and almost hard-boiled egg with tuna quenelle.

 

Rinse the bulgur before cooking it in two volumes of water. When the water is all evaporated add the crushed tomatoes. Let it cook for a few minutes so that the tomatoes are not too juicy. Serve it with some basilicum leaves, pepper and salt.

 

Hard boil an egg (almost 10 minutes). Un a small bowl, mix a tablespoon of ricotta with a tablespoon of tuna and some thinly sliced shallot. Make small quenelles with two teaspoons. Put the quenelles on the halfs of the egg.

 

Put each dish in disposable food boxes. Here you are!
