Ginger shimp

Nice warm weather has settled in and the bento boxes are anxious to go out for a nice picnic. All leftovers in our fridges are waiting to be used for a lovely lunch in the country or in the city. Grab some vegetables, fruits, pasta and sea food…off we go!

 

The pasta mix is made with shrimp, salmon and ginger.

 

You’ll need:

–       pasta

–       shrimp

–       salmon (optional)

–       garlic

–       fresh ginger

–       olive oil

–       chives

–       salt and pepper

 

Crush half a clove of garlic in a bowl. Add a little oil. Grate half a teaspoon of ginger (fresh ginger is much tastier than powdered) and peel the shrimp. Combine all ingredients. Cook it in a hot pan. You can add the salmon before mixing in the cooked pasta.

 

You can eat it either warm or cold, just after cooking it or a few hours later.
