A new bento recipe !
Wonbi from the blog Wombi Cuisine (french) share with us a simple recipe.
Salmon brochettes with Binderfleisch (AKA viande des grisons or Bünderfleisch).
You need for 6 brochettes :
4 salmon fillets
10 slices of Bindenfleisch
1 lemon
6 wood sticks
sesame seeds
Cut the salmon fillets into big cubes.
Put each of them into the lemon juice.
Let it marinate for 4 or 5 hours.
Cut the Bindenfleisch in 2 pieces lenghtwide.
Put a piece of salmon on it.
Roll it and put it on the sticks. 3 pieces by stick
Moisten the brochette into the marinate juice.
Roll it in the sesame seeds.
Serve very fresh.
Bon appetit !
You can replace the Bindenfleisch with some kind of proscuitto.
