Fill easily your monbento Original box with something tasty: Grilled beef with sweet pepper!
All ingredients are easy to find. That recipe is also easy and fast.
Even if a lot of people think that a bento needs a lot of preparation and time. But it doesn’t need to be some kind of ritual nor to always be kawaii.When you don’t have so much time, or if you feel too lazy to cook, you can take what you have at your fingertips. Yes! Your bento can be a mix of leftovers from the day before.
For that recipe you need :
- 1 piece of beef (size depending on your appetite)
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 table spoons of corn
- Soy sauce
Cut the onion in small pieces and cook it in a pan with a bit of oil.
Cut the beef in slices (approximately ½ cm – 0.2 inch thick).
Cut the sweet pepper in slices or pieces.
Add the beef and sweet pepper in the pan.
Add more or less 3 table spoons of soy sauce.
Add the corn at the last minute.
Get your chopsticks!
According to your tastes, you can also add sesame seeds and coriander. For a complete and healthy meal, put in the other compartment of your monbento Original box, green salad and rice. Use the separator so they don’t mix together!
