This year…
1) I eat healthy and balanced
What? You’ve already taken this resolution last year, and the year before? Ok, it’s true, generally this one is always the number one when time to take good resolutions comes and even more after summer pleasures! But this year, is the year to say no to the restaurants (too tempting) and to bakery snacks for lunch (too fatening). Time has come to take care of yourself with delicious and balanced meals! No need to spend hours and hours in the kitchen! Frozen vegetable, cooking in foil, recycling dinner leftovers: here are some ideas to quickly prepare your bento box for the next lunch!
2) I do sports
This one is only to make sure that you revise your classics of the good resolutions! Enroll in a sports team, join a gym or a dance class, go jogging or swimming and meet new people, feel good in your body and enjoy a relaxing time. Here is the challenge of the year! So, get your sneakers on and let’s go (for real)!
3) I organized my time better
From now on, no need to run around all the time! It’s tiring and you don’t enjoy anything! So, back from holidays, dump your suitcases and let’s set organized! Put an agenda in your handbag or on the fridge to write down every relevant event and be sure not to be overwhelmed! Between children activities, appointments, dinners with friends and all the more, this year for sure everything will be planned! Phew, you will finally spare time and breathe a little!
4) I take time for myself
A TV break, a nice bubbly bath, a few pages of your favourite novel before bedtime: everyone has his own way relax! The key is to do what you like and to make you feel good. It needs not last long but should be daily. There are more unpleasant resolutions in the year don’t you think?
5) I make a gesture for the environment
And maybe two ;-), because if it is important to think about yourself, you should not overlook your living place. So, during food shopping, you must promise you will not let yourself be tempted by over-packaged products as individual portions. If it is possible, also try carpooling for work: you can’t refuse a little company!
So, shall we start now? 😉
