This salad contains: potatoes, artichoke hearts, almonds, tomatoes, Granny Smith apples, chives, eggs, marinated red peppers and tuna in olive oil.
I found the marinated red peppers, tuna and artichokes in Spain. You can use some other ingredients instead. Just put in what you feel like eating!
The way to have a great potato salad is to cook the potatoes with the skin, then to peel them and add some white wine on them while they are still hot.
