Autumn bento idea

mon bento d'automne

 

This bento may seem to be quite simple but it is enjoyable after working or studying all morning long.

 

On the menu :  sausages with herbs, spaghettini with basilicum cutted and endive salad with walnuts.

 

Start by rolling the sausages in the herbs. Cook them in a pan with a bit of oil (a good solution for not putting too much oil is using a spray). When it is half cooked add pepper and salt.

 

Spaghettini need only 5 minutes to cook. Put a spoon of olive oil 30 secondes before the end of the cooking. They will have that nice olive oil taste and are not going to be all sticked together. Add pepper, salt and chopped basilicum.

 

An endive salad is always nicer with some walnuts. Let’s enjoy them, it’s of season!

 

You can also take a fruit or yoghurt. Bon appetit!
