
Ingredients
• 50 g of pasta (farfalle type)
• 1/4 cucumber
• 12 cherry tomatoes
• 1 cm-thick slice of feta cheese
• A few olives (optional)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• A pinch of dried oregano
• Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- Dice the cucumber, quarter the cherry tomatoes, cut the feta into small cubes, and slice the olives (don’t forget to remove the pits!).
- In a large bowl, mix the pasta with all the vegetables.
- Add the feta and olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix gently.
- Place the salad in one of the compartments of your Original lunch box.
- Add some mini muffins in the second compartment, and raspberries in an Extra box.
Lunch box tip
