
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of shortcrust pastry
- Jam of your choice (raspberry, strawberry, apricot...)
- 1 apple
- 2 star-shaped cookie cutters (in two different sizes)
Instructions
- Unroll the shortcrust pastry.
- Use the cookie cutters to cut out star shapes — one full star and one with a smaller star cut out from the center.
- Spoon a bit of jam onto the center of the full stars.
- Cover with the cut-out stars and gently press the edges together.
- Bake according to the pastry instructions (about 10–12 minutes at 180°C / 350°F), until the cookies are golden.
- Let them cool, then place them in your Snacky lunch box.
- Add a few apple slices in the side container for a sweet yet balanced treat!
