Quick jam-filled shortbread cookies

Instructions

1. Unroll the shortcrust pastry.
2. Use the cookie cutters to cut out star shapes — one full star and one with a smaller star cut out from the center.
3. Spoon a bit of jam onto the center of the full stars.
4. Cover with the cut-out stars and gently press the edges together.
5. Bake according to the pastry instructions (about 10–12 minutes at 180°C / 350°F), until the cookies are golden.
6. Let them cool, then place them in your Snacky lunch box.
7. Add a few apple slices in the side container for a sweet yet balanced treat!
