- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- Brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Unroll the puff pastry on its baking paper.
- Generously sprinkle brown sugar over the entire surface of the pastry.
- Roll both sides of the pastry inward toward the center to form a double spiral.
- Sprinkle more brown sugar on top.
- Slice into 1 cm thick pieces.
- Lay the palmiers flat on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden and caramelized.
Let the palmiers cool before placing them in the Gram snack box.
Add a handful of blueberries for a fruity, vitamin-packed touch!
