- 125 g unsalted butter (softened)
- 250 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g chocolate chips
- A pinch of salt

- Prepare the dough:
- In a large bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and mix well to combine.
- Gradually add the flour and the pinch of salt, and mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Chill the dough:
- Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Cut and bake:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 3 to 5 mm thickness.
- Use Scrapcooking dinosaur cookie cutters to cut the dough.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake:
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool before placing the shortbread cookies in the Gram snack box.
