Ingredients
-1 onion - 200g of leek (approximately 1) - Olive oil - 150g of salmon - 20cl of soy cream - 40g of grated cheese of your choice - Salt and pepper - 5 lasagna sheets
Instructions
Finely slice the onion and leek. Heat a large pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté the onion and leek over low heat for about ten minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Pre-cook the salmon wrapped in parchment paper for 10 minutes. Once pre-cooked, add it to the onion and leek mixture. Add the soy cream, salt, pepper, and grated cheese (keep some for gratinating the lasagna). Mix well and remove from the heat. Place a spoonful of this mixture at the bottom of the MB Sense metal Lunch Box by monbento x Peugeot Saveurs. Add a lasagna sheet and repeat the process until the MB Sense Lunch Box is filled. Finish with a layer of leek and salmon mixture, then sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 to 30 minutes. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
