Ingredients
For 6 muffins:
- 200g flour
- 3 Tsp olive oil
- 250mL almond milk
- 5g of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 sundried tomatoes
- 1 handful pine nuts
- 1 Tsp herbes de Provence
- 3 tsp pesto
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the sundried tomatoes into small pieces.
In a salad bowl, mix the flour and the yeast before slowly adding the almond milk, then the olive oil and the pesto. Finish with the sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and herbes de Provence before adding the pinch of salt. Divide the preparation into small muffin molds (use a soft mold to facilitate demolding). Let cool and serve with raw vegetables and fruits in the food cup.
And to drink? A freshly squeezed lemon placed in the MB Positive M bottle.
