Ingredients
3 eggs
2 small tomatoes
1 green pepper
2 handfuls of potato crisps
2 cloves of garlic
50 g mild chorizo
Ketchup
Rosemary, thyme
Olive oil

Special microwave recipe for people in a hurry!
In a non-stick frying pan, brown the diced green pepper with diced garlic in olive oil. Add the sliced chorizo and combine with a spoonful of ketchup. Crush the crisps and pour into an MB Silicase.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and a bit of chopped thyme or rosemary. Pour the mix into the MB Silicase on top of the pepper and crisps, and microwave for 4 minutes at 800 Watts.
There are plenty of variations depending on your taste or what you find in your fridge (ham, bacon, herbs, cheese, etc.). Try with flavoured crisps (barbeque, bacon, curry, etc.).
Serve cold or warmed in the microwave.
Our recipe is served with a fresh tomato sauce mixed with a drizzle of olive oil, like a gazpacho.
