Return policy
Cancelling an already paid order
- If your order has not been sent yet : please contact us at contact.uk@monbento.com for notifying us wish to cancel the order. We'll refund you, your banking account wil be re-credited without fees.
- If your order is currently shipping : when the delivery man (to see our shipping partners in Europe, click here) comes, notify him you wish to refuse the packages and don't sign the aknowledgment, so they return us the goods. Thanks in advance for notifying us, w'ell refund you as soon as we get the packages back. Your banking account wil be re-credited without fees.
- If you already received your packages : please notify us your wish to be refunded at contact.uk@monbento.com within 7 days. We'll then please you to send us back the goods. We'll refund you as soon as we get the intact articles back. Your banking account wil be re-credited without fees. You may pay for the shipping back, but please join your bill to the packages so we can refund you that fee as well.
Returning only a part of an order
Please first notify us the items you wish to return at contact.uk@monbento.com We'll then please you to send us back these goods. We'll refund you the corresponding amount as soon as we get back the intact items. Your banking account wil be re-credited without fees. You may pay for the shipping back, but please join your bill to the packages so we can refund you that fee as well.
Exchanging one or more items
It's possible to exchange an item with an other item from our website, if the replacement item you wish displays the same price. Of course the articles you wish to exchange might remain in their original packaging and must be unused.
1 - Please contact us at contact@monbento.com to indicate the item you want to return, and to ensure the replacement item is available.
