Warehouse in France
Every product you can find on monbento.com is housed in our warehouse located in France. We only sell products that are physically stored in our warehouse. You never pay customs fees if you are in the European Union, including Metropolitan France.

Secure payment
High-security encrypted payment is undertaken by the Banque Populaire. Your bank details are not communicated to anyone, not even monbento.com.

Free Gift card
Available on demand. When ordering, you will have the possibility to add a gift card. If you wish to order one, you just need to check the box and write in a message if you please.

Delivery via Colissimo 48/72h
If you order before 4pm, you will get your parcel generally within 2 or 3 working days for Metropolitan France, 1 week for the rest of Europe, and 2 weeks for the rest of the world. However we cannot guarantee your delivery date as the delay depends on Colissimo postal services.

Free shipping for all orders over 60€/160€
We offer free shipping within Metropolitan France to all customers whose purchase exceeds 60€.
For some countries, the shipping costs are free for a minimum purchase of 160€. Please refer to our Shipping Rates page.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been processed on monbento.com, you will be able to connect onto your customer account to check on your order at any time.

As soon as your order is shipped out, we will also send your tracking number and the postal carrier used, when possible.

Satisfaction or refund
We hope that you fully enjoy your monbento products. However, if you are not satisfied, you only need to let us know within 30 days and send us back the intact and unused items. We will refund your purchase. For further information on return policy please click here.
