Tarts in monbento™

Right before november’s first week-end, we decided to make to tarts to warm ourselves up : the french quiche lorraine and an apple pie, each with a side dish.

 

To make 4 small quiches lorraines and a piece of thin apple pie, you need:

–       a tart ground

–       10cl of cream

–       2 eggs

–       2 slices of ham

–       pepper

–       salt

–       2 table spoon of grated cheese

–       2 or 3 apples

 

Turn on your oven 350°F-180°C.

 

Cut your pastry with the tart molds. Put the ground on baking paper before putting it in the mold.

In a bol mix cream and eggs. Add cheese, pepper, salt and then ham in small pieces.

Put the mix on the pastry of each mold.

Put them in the oven for about 30 minutes.

 

Cut the apples cutted in thin slices on the pastry you have left.

Put it in the oven for about 30 minutes.

 

As side dishes, we have a salad mix with green salad, red cabage, cucumber and grated carrots. Put only a bit of vinegar and oil on it. It is a bit sweet and a really nice mix with the quiche lorraine.

 

Just take a bit of cream or yoghurt to eat with a warm apple pie !
